Bhagwant Mann | Kejriwal is like Ahmad Shah Abdali

Ahmad Shah Abdali, the cruel warrior had a wish to conquer the entire world and he attacked India so many times. The supremo of AAP and the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal is following the footsteps of the old ruler.
arvind kejriwal image
When the India Against Corruption movement was going on, the muffler man told that he would not join politics as he would serve the public only. However, Kejriwal took the u turn and convinced the other front runners of the movement that only the political participation can help them introducing the Jan Lok Pal bill.
He had no political aspirations but he formed his party
He formed a political party and then the journey of Arvind Kejriwal alias Ahmad Shah Abdali started from Delhi. The newly formed party jumped in to the electoral politics and won 28 seats out of 70 seats in 2013 assembly elections. After 49 days in the regime, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Kejriwal played a political stunt and resigned as CM.
After the first assembly elections, Kejriwal fought the general elections from Varanasi against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The person who denied to enter in politics, formed the party contested the assembly elections and then he moved to Varanasi to contest the Lok Sabha election.
He lost the election from Varanasi seat and finally, he conquered the national capital with landslide victory.
After taking reigns of Delhi, Kejriwal moved to Punjab
arvind hitler
The history of the country shows that all the old rulers entered in India through Khyber Pass of Afganistan. At that time, Punjab was the main destination to conquer. Abdali had attacked Punjab at that time. The Chief Minister of Delhi, Kejriwal has been following the footsteps of the old ruler. A resident of Punjab told that he does not bother about his home state Haryana and even he left the residents of his own ruling state Delhi in lurch during water crisis. He is acting like the old ruler Abdali who had only one ambition in his life to conquer Punjab to loot the wealth of the rich state. Kejriwal is eyeing on Punjab because he knows that the Doaba region has lakhs of NRI’s who are the main sponsors of the party.
It seems, he is the Chief Minister of India
When he formed the government in Delhi by winning 67 out of 70 seats, the Chief Minister started moving to other states. Punjab polls will be held in 2017 and the muffler man has started visiting Punjab. It seems the people have chosen a person who is the Chief Minister of a state but he wants to be the Chief Minister of every state.

Bhagwant Mann | Public up in arms against Kejriwal for self-publicity

add
The people of Delhi who casted the votes to Aam Aadmi Party have been repenting on their decision as the national convenor of the party who had took the reins of Delhi a year ago failed to serve anything to the people.
People are up in arms against the Chief Minister, Kejriwal who is busy in self-publicity and forgotten the interests of people of Delhi. The AAP supremo has been projecting himself as a super hero in the different national newspapers.

Broken promise of Kejriwal
When he had took the reins of the national capital, he promised the people that he would not act like other politicians as he would hold the open darbars in the city to hear the problems of the people. However, the Chief Minister had held only a single darbar in a year. He started acted like other leaders and refrained himself from meeting the public.
The Chief Minister started avoiding the public as he is on the self-promotion. Sumith Awasthi, a resident of Tilak Nagar said that the Chief Minister is not on the invisible mode. He can be seen on the television channels or in the big advertisements of the newspapers.
Kejri visible in ads only

All the national newspapers of different states carried the advertisements of the one year completion of AAP government in Delhi. The advertisements were not small but there were full page ads. When the national convenor visited Punjab for five days, the national English dailies carried three page advertisements of the achievements of Kejriwal’sgovernment in Delhi.
According to the information from the government officials of Delhi, the concerned department has given the directions to give advertisements of achievements of the government in different newspapers publishing from every state. The officials told that the government feels that the maximum advertisements in the media would highlight the party and the people would be misguided easily.
Even the Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken had raised questions over the advertisements and he approached the High court also. The case is going on in the court. A year ago, the High court had pulled up AAP government for wasting taxpayers’ money in self-projection.

Bhagwant Mann | Kejriwal Faces Ire of People in Punjab

AAP PUNJABkejriwal-go-back.jpg
“The Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal has been facing criticism in Punjab during his five day tour. In Bhatinda, people raised slogans against the AAP national convener. They were shouting that Kejriwal go back to Delhi.”
There is a saying that the first impression is the last impression. Kejriwal has left the bad impression in Punjab as the people are now aware of the fact that he builds castles in the air and nothing else.
Kejriwal has started his five days tour in Punjab from Sangrur on Thursday. The new hopes of shining Punjab have dashed into the ground as in Bhatinda, people protested against the “seasonal bird”. The residents of the city were demanding that Kejriwal should go back.
The protest was held against the Kejriwal’s anti national policy as he had supported the JNU incident. Moreover, the residents were saying that he has done nothing for Delhi and on what grounds, he is coming to Punjab.
A person who cannot hear the cries of the people of Delhi can now is moving to Punjab by leaving Delhi people in lurch. Moreover, AAP had planned the incident in JNU where the members of AAP youth wing raised slogans in favour of Pakistan.
kejriwal punjab visit
The residents of Bhatinda welcomed him with black flags. A protestor told that the main objective of the protest is to aware Kejriwal that the public of Punjab hates him. He is an anti-national and hungry of votes only. Moreover, the anti Kejriwal posters also pasted on the walls in Sangrur.
Kejriwal is disturbing peace in Punjab by playing his cheap politics. He had earlier played the trick of Khalistan as the party leaders had distributed posters of the muffler man with the slain militant, Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.
Moreover, the old friends of Kejriwal, Yogender Yadav and Prashant Bhushan also termed the tour as an “opportunistic tour” to Punjab. The both leaders have called the move of Kejriwal as a selfish motive to woo the voters of Punjab.
The people had also protested against Kejriwal in Jallandar and burnt his effigy for supporting the anti-national incident at JNU, Delhi.

Bhagwant Mann | Only five days are enough to understand Punjab

Is it possible for a person to understand a place with in few days, especially a big state Punjab? Yes, it is possible for a person in this world, whose name is Arvind Kejriwal.
The Chief Minister of Delhi during his five days tour to Punjab claimed that he is now have complete knowledge of Punjab better than his political rivals. Do Kejriwal have a magical stick who reveals everything to him within hours?
This is utter non sense of the AAP national convenor who failed to understand Delhi and claiming that he knows everything about Punjab.
A five days visit is enough for Kejriwal to knows the issues
The AAP supremo was completely confident when he completed his five days tour toPunjab. He claimed that now he has got complete information about the state. Questions rose on the credibility of the Chief Minister of Delhi that he has done nothing for his own state and now he is eyeing on Punjab leaving the residents of Delhi in lurch.
The social media websites are flooded with the comments against Kejriwal. The netizens are blaming the muffler man that how come he make such statements when he is not doing anything for Delhi.
Kejriwal claimed that he would change Punjab with in few months
kejri 2
During this visit to Punjab, Kejriwal told that he would change the face of Punjab within two months. He promised the farmers of Punjab to solve their issues within 24 hours ifAAP forms the government. He claimed that if AAP comes to power, the youth would be given employment with in months and every facility to the state would be time bound.
How Kejriwal has befooled the public of Punjab? The residents of the state up in arms against the Chief Minister of Delhi and during his tour to different places, people protested against him for not fulfilling his promises to the residents of Delhi.
A resident of Sangrur told that Punjabi’s are emotional but they are not fools. In a year ofAAPregime in Delhi, people have come to know that the party misguided them with false promises. How a person who failed in his own state is claiming that he knows the other state better in few days?

Bhagwant Mann | Kejriwal, a liar of the century

AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP)
“How articulately Arvind Kejriwal manipulates the reality can be judged during his hunger strike as Delhi CM in 2014. He had presented the wrong facts in media and the truth was entirely different.”
Kejriwal and company had started its first political inning two year ago and after taking the reins of Delhi government in the maiden polls, Kejriwal held a hunger strike in the national capital.
Arvind ji
The strike was called for the demands from the centre government and the CM was trying to pressurize the centre government through hunger strike. Kejriwal told the media that police acted on the centres’ directions and the main objective of the police was to make the rally a complete failure.
He had told the media that police did not allowed the supporters and workers of the party to have tea. The entire venue of the programme was hijacked by the police. There were no arrangements for the tea by police.
The truth was different as a news channel had found that the party workers were easily moving in the venue and they were enjoying tea at the stalls put up by the police. Moreover, the cops were also distributing the snacks to the party workers in the early morning at that time.
Arvind Kejriwal on camera said during his hunger strike Delhi police closed all toilets, but on camera all of his supporters found using public toilets. Delhi police did not close public toilet. A news channel report had exposed the lie of Kejriwal. The party workers were seen openly using the public toilets and there was no cop outside the toilets.
AAP PUNJAB.jpg
Every statement of Kejriwal was fabricated with the wrong intention to spread the message to the public. However, the “topimaster” was caught on camera for levelling the false allegations against the party workers.
Moreover, the programme was organised because of the hunger strike of Kejriwal where the workers were enjoying tea and snacks. So, it was complete non sense of the party head that had observing hunger strike and on the opposite, the party workers were enjoying tea and snacks.
He was exaggerating the facts so that the public could be misguided but at that time a news channel exposed him.

High Court Dismisses Somnath Bharti's Plea For Contempt Action Against Cops

High Court Dismisses Somnath Bharti's Plea For Contempt Action Against Cops
Somnath Bharti, a former Delhi Law Minister, had claimed bias in the probe against him and had sought further investigation into the matter.
New Delhi:  The Delhi High Court today dismissed a plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Somnath Bharti seeking contempt action against the police officials for not filing their reply before a trial court in a case of alleged molestation of some African women during his purported midnight raid in 2014.

A bench comprising Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath held that a single judge of the court has correctly dismissed Mr Bharti's plea seeking contempt action against police officials.

"The petition is dismissed as it is not maintainable," the bench said.

Appearing for Mr Bharti, senior advocate Ram Jethmalani argued that the trial court in its order dated October 27, 2014, after noticing 13 defects in the probe conducted in the case, had directed Delhi Police to file a reply on the plea for further investigation in the case.

He said that till now the police despite direction from the trial court, has not filed its reply on the plea which was moved by Mr Bharti.

On December 17, 2015, a bench of a single judge of the high court had dismissed Mr Bharti's plea seeking action against the cops, saying the act of not filing the reply by the police officers does not constitute civil contempt.

On October 27, 2014, Mr Bharti, a former Delhi Law Minister, had claimed bias in the probe against him and had sought further investigation into the matter.

The trial court had then sought a reply from the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) and the Station House Officer (SHO) of Malviya Nagar Police Station within a month on Mr Bharti's plea seeking a further probe in the case.

Delhi Police had filed a final report against Mr Bharti and 17 other accused. They have been chargesheeted for various offences under the Indian Penal Code, including sections 354 (outraging women's modesty), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 147 (rioting).

The police, in its charge sheet, have said, "Nine African women were victims of molestation and manhandling by a mob led by the then law minister Somnath Bharti."

The police had arrayed 41 persons as prosecution witnesses in the case, including nine Ugandan women who were allegedly beaten up and molested by the mob led by Bharti on the intervening night of January 15-16, 2014.

Aam Aadmi Party Not To Contest Khadoor Sahib Bypoll In Punjab

Aam Aadmi Party Not To Contest Khadoor Sahib Bypoll In Punjab
The Aam Aadmi Party said it does not want to invest its resources in the bypoll, but will focus on the main battle in 2017.
New Delhi:  The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will not contest the Khadoor Sahib bypoll in Punjab even as its former member Bhai Baldeep Singh backed by Swaraj Abhiyan will be in the fray.

The party said it does not want to invest its resources in the bypoll, but will focus on the main battle in 2017.

"We will not be fielding candidates for Khadoor Sahib. What is the point in fielding a candidate when the main elections are few months away? We are focusing on 2017," AAP's Punjab co-convenor Durgesh Pathak said.

Incidentally, after its resounding success in Lok Sabha polls in Punjab, which gave four lawmakers to the party, the AAP had contested bypolls for Talwandi Sabo and Patiala Assembly seats, but the party suffered a drubbing.

AAP had, however, won from Patiala Lok Sabha seat just few months back then.

"We don't want to enter the fray right now. When we know that we have a good chance, we don't want to take any chances for a bypoll, and instead (want to) focus on the bigger target," said a party leader.

AAP's former member Bhai Baldeep Singh has got the support of Swaraj Abhiyan leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, who are former members of the party.

Making it a prestige battle, the Shiromani Akali Dal is also going out all stops to ensure victory and has fielded Ravinder Singh Brahmpura for the bypoll.

BJP files complaint against Arvind Kejrival with Election officials

Accusing Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal of levelling “defamatory” allegations against Narendra Modi and its other leaders, BJP t on Monday  filed a complaint against him with electoral authorities, alleging it violated the model code of conduct.

“We have filed the complaint with the Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer against Kejriwal for making defamatory and false statements and hurling charges on personal character, constituting violation of the model code of conduct,” BJP leader Suresh Kumar told reporters after filing the complaint.

He said Kejriwal has violated laws under Section 505 (2) and 171 G of Indian Penal Code and under 123(4) of Representation of People Act. “Hence, we request you (EC) to take stringent action against Kejriwal,” he said.

Kumar said Kejriwal had made accusations without any basis and material on record against BJP, knowing well they are false. “Kejriwal is doing this to affect the chances of BJP in the Lok Sabha elections,” he added.

During his speech at Freedom Park here yesterday, Suresh Kumar said Kejriwal used “defamatory, derogatory, bad and intemperate language” against Modi, the Prime Ministerial candidate of BJP, who is known for his provenance and integrity in governance and administration.

He said Kejriwal has least respect for the law of the country when he stated that even if a case of defamation is booked against him, he will not care.

“Kejriwal has made false allegations like in Gujarat, for instance, to get a driving license you have to pay Rs 5,000, further to get a DySP transferred you have to pay Rs 2.75 crore and also that if he (Modi) becomes the Prime Minister, he will fix a price for everything,” Kumar said.

He alleged Kejriwal is a campaigner who promotes and proclaims falsities in public places.

“Without any material or base, he has vaguely abused former Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda and several other leaders of BJP that they have indulged in corruption,” he said

IN LEAKED AUDIO CLIP, ‘VOICE OF BHAGWANT MANN’ SAYS AAP LEADERSHIP PLOTTING AGAINST EVERYONE

New Delhi: Days after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) suspended Dharamvir Gandhi, its MP from Patiala, for anti-party activities, another parliamentarian from Punjab appears to have joined the rebel camp. In a private telephonic conversation with Gandhi, which has found its way to the media, Bhagwant Mann, the MP from Sangur, is heard criticising the party’s central leadership, and raising doubts over the party’s prospects in the Assembly elections in Punjab.
“They (the party leadership) are plotting against us… they have started plotting against everyone,” the voice, purportedly that of Mann, is heard mentioning in the audio conversation. It says AAP leaders in the state won because of their own popularity, not because of the ‘broom’ (the symbol of the party).
Firstpost is in possession of the audio clip, but does not vouch for its authenticity. Repeated calls to Mann went unanswered. When contacted, Gandhi said, “Yes, it’s true. I’ve also come to know about the audio clip. It was a telephonic conversation between Bhagwant Mann and me some six months ago. It’s not a recent one. Mann was apparently unhappy like me on the developments within the party related to Punjab. He expressed his grievances to me. But, one thing I can say with conviction is that the said conversation was not recorded at my end.”

Interestingly, the audio clip surfaced just a day after Mann told AAP’s ‘Punjab Connect Rally’ that growing factionalism would not have am impact on the party, and that AAP will break the Delhi record by registering a clean sweep in Punjab.
“They (AAP leadership) believe that like Delhi, people here, will also vote for the broom and not look at the candidate… In Punjab, personality matters… Your (Gandhi’s) personality worked and so did professor’s (Professor Sadhu Singh — AAP’s lawmaker from Faridkot). I won because of my 20 years of celebrity status,” he claims. To justify his point, he adds: “Just think if that was not the case, why did Sauchi Mann not win. Since (HS) Phoolka was never among the people in Punjab, he also lost. Whydid Himmat Singh Shergil lose? He also had the broom.”
Gandhi, who agrees with Mann throughout the conversation, supported Mann’s arguments saying, “Exactly Ji… Absolutely correct… We have been with the people for so many years.”
Mann further adds that they are winners not only in Punjab, but Delhi as well because wherever they campaigned in the national capital, the candidate won by a huge margin. He says he, along with the other three MPs, should be authorised to make pan-Punjab policies. “Let’s seriously sit and think that we are the winners, and we are winners in Delhi too. Look at the victory margin wherever we campaigned,” he adds.
Adding that the party knows their strength and potential, Mann demands that the party must give them a say in candidate selection for the 2017 Assembly polls in Punjab. “Now we need to have a role in Punjab. Give us the right to have our own team,” he says.
He mentions the name of a few unknown leaders who, he alleges, have been thrust upon the party from outside against their wishes. “Don’t force upon us someone like Manjit and that Doctor (Balbir), Rupinder Kaur in Barnala.. (and ) all those who have contributed to our defeat . All those who were sad about our victory are now on our ship,” says Mann.
Raising serious doubts about the party’s prospects in the Punjab Assembly elections, Mann says that it is not an easy task to win here as AAP’s position is not that strong. “Punjab is not like Delhi where we have just to fight the BJP. There are more players, including the Congress and the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD). If our senior leaders think it is a cakewalk in Punjab, they are mistaken,” Mann told Gandhi, who speaks very little in the clip, but agrees with whatever his colleague in the Lok Sabha says.
Mann alleges that few party leaders have plans to distribute tickets to their favourites. Therefore, along with likeminded people in the party should work against such designs. He tells Gandhi, who only says “correct”, “absolutely correct”, “I agree”, “na na”, “exactly”, etc throughout the entire conversation, to hold secret meetings to discuss and devise their own plans for Punjab, which will go to the polls in 2017.
Mann also speaks against some other members such as Sucha Singh Chottepur and Harinder Singh Khalsa. The AAP had recently suspended two of its MPs — Gandhi and Harinder Singh Khalsa (who represents Fatehgarh Sahib) — for anti-party activities. The duo had accused AAP convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of acting like a dictator.
AAP leaders preferred to keep mum on the audio clip, adding that they have not come across any such audio file. They added that they will only react after listening to and verifying it. But AAP Volunteer Action Manch (AVAM), a group of the party’s disgruntled members, was quick to fire a salvo.
“The party has dumped its ideology and has been hijacked by people with vested interest,” AVAM’s Amit Kumar told Firstpost, when asked whether Kejriwal and other leaders are going to take any action against Mann
